Aztec Corporation Designs Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP’s NJ Headquarters

The Aztec Corporation recently completed the design of a new 21,000 sq ft office for the law firm Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP at 101 JFK Parkway in Short Hills, New Jersey. Charles Otis Logan, Jr., president of The Aztec Corporation, assisted the firm in its site search, evaluation, space planning, design, and overall complete project management.

The office will serve as the firm’s headquarters and will allow for the expansion of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions department, as well as their general law practice. Aztec’s design called for a large conference room with state-of-the-art technology for the mergers and acquisitions department, and an additional conference room for the estate and trust departments. The design also promotes a library space and the ability to separate space acoustically, allowing for more privacy and an overall better work environment.

The entryway’s glass doors, along with the combination of wood, granite, accent lighting, and custom millwork, helps to establish a sense of traditionand elegance throughout the space while adhering to corporate design standards.
